Lab participation is required for all Nativa Alliance Community High School students. Students must select two (2) labs as part of their educational program. Adult Education students may select one (1) lab based on their interests, career goals, or area of study.

I understand that completing this form is a request for enrollment or participation and does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance into a particular program, course, lab, or service. For participants under the age of 18, this form must be completed and/or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
