Each training session is organized for maximum development:

  • Warm-Up (15โ€“20 mins)
    Stretching and light conditioning
  • Skill Training (30โ€“40 mins)
    Position drills, speed, and agility
  • Team Practice (40โ€“50 mins)
    Plays, strategy, and communication
  • Conditioning (15โ€“20 mins)
    Endurance, strength, and finishing strong

  • Stay academically active
